Spring Is On The Way!
As I am looking out my window from the kitchen I notice the dark mornings are a changing! I see the buds on the trees starting to come out and flowers starting to bloom. The one great thing about all this change is that I can now get out and walk the neighborhood because it is still daylight when I get home! Winter has been long and a bit gray, enjoy the changing times.
I have been talking to clients about finding an outside activity and sticking to it for at least 4 weeks, see how you feel. Get out and smell the flowers, look at the trees, enjoy your surroundings, and breathe deep. Get away from the stress and daily routine.
