We went from growing our own food, to eating processed foods treated with additives to ensure a long shelf life. This historical perspective helped me to understand how food production went from farming to agribusiness. We are only making the food companies richer and making our bodies weaker. We are not getting the natural enzymes and probiotics that we used to get from non processed foods. You notice the population is having more health issues. Children with allergies, diabetes, autism, over weight issues and even kids with high blood pressure! You also are seeing more auto immune issues as well.
